SANTA CLARA, Calif. - January 7, 2008 - Stoke, Inc., a leading developer of multi-access convergence gateways for network operators, today announced it has received a strategic investment from Reliance Technology Ventures Limited (RTVL), the corporate venture capital arm of the Reliance ADA Group. RTVL is closely associated with Reliance Communications, one of the fastest growing telecommunications companies in India with fixed, CDMA, GSM and WiMAX networks that deliver services to more than 35 million users. This strategic investment underscores RTVL's view of the important role the Stoke Session Exchange (SSX) multi-access convergence gateway will play in the evolution of prominent global carrier networks.

"Stoke's solutions are groundbreaking in their ability to help communications providers evolve their networks effectively to navigate the rapidly changing telecom environment," said Harshal J. Shaw, CEO of RTVL.
